1. Who we are

2. Two different kinds of data
This policy covers two distinct situations, and our role is different in each:
- Enquiry data you send us — through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email. Here we are the data controller.
- Examination data we process under contract — candidate response sheets, OMR data, answer scripts and scores handled while we deliver a service. Here the conducting body is the data controller and we act only as its data processor, strictly on documented instructions.
3. Enquiry data
When you contact us we collect only what you provide — typically your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We use it to respond, to prepare a quotation and to deliver any service you engage us for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it. We keep it only as long as needed for the enquiry or the resulting engagement, then delete it.
4. Examination data (our processor role)
When a conducting body engages us, the examination material and candidate data we handle remain the property and responsibility of that conducting body. We process it only to perform the contracted service — printing, scanning, verification, result processing — under the confidentiality and security terms of the contract. We do not use it for any other purpose, do not disclose it to third parties, and return or securely destroy it in line with the contract and the conducting body's instructions. Every step is recorded in an audit trail the conducting body can inspect.
5. How we protect data
Our operations run under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system and CMMI Level 3 process maturity. We apply access controls, staff confidentiality obligations, secure facilities and end-to-end audit logging. Access to examination data is limited to the personnel delivering the specific contract.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only where it is necessary to deliver a service (for example a vetted logistics partner, bound by the same confidentiality discipline), or where we are legally required to do so by a competent authority.
7. Cookies and website analytics
This website uses no non-essential advertising cookies. If you submit the enquiry form, the form provider (HubSpot) may set cookies necessary to operate the form. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the enquiry data you have given us. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, you may exercise the rights it grants over your personal data. For examination data we process on a conducting body's behalf, please direct such requests to that conducting body, which is the controller; we will support it in responding.
