What we do
We print and supply the answer booklets in which candidates write their responses — bound, numbered, institution-branded booklets that go out to every examination centre.
We supply for:
- University semester examinations — semester-end papers of 5,000 to 3,00,000 candidates per cycle
- Recruitment examinations — descriptive papers run by central and state bodies
- Civil services and professional examinations — booklets to the specification of the conducting body
- Board examinations — bulk supply with mid-cycle replenishment
Our single largest order to date: 3,00,000 answer booklets to IIT Roorkee in one examination cycle.
How it works
Specification. We work from your spec — page count (usually 16, 20, 24 or 32), paper grade, ruled or plain, binding style, header and footer, your logo and watermark, and the serial-number range.
Printing and binding. On our own examination-grade paper — cut to size, ruled, paginated and bound on dedicated lines. Every booklet carries its own serial number in the header.
Quality checks. Every batch is sampled against the specification — page count, ruling, binding strength, ink, serial-number continuity. Anything that fails is pulped, not shipped.
Packing. Bundled in the counts each centre needs (usually 100, 200 or 500), sealed, and labelled with the centre code and quantity. Surplus booklets are packed and labelled separately.
Dispatch. Released to secure transport on the agreed date, and signed for at every handover.
Mid-examination replenishment. For multi-day examinations, or where a centre runs short, we hold a buffer here and can dispatch further bundles within six hours of an urgent request. Once your order is delivered, the booklets are yours; everything from the examination onward is handled by your institution.
What we supply
- Main answer booklets — 16, 20, 24 and 32-page standard formats, custom page counts on request
- Supplementary booklets — 4 to 8-page additional booklets for candidates who exceed the main booklet
- Graph and drawing sheets — for examinations that require graph plotting or technical drawing
- Combined OMR + descriptive booklets — for hybrid papers where Section A is objective and Section B is descriptive (a single integrated booklet, scored end-to-end by us if combined with our OMR scanning service)
- Speciality stock — watermarked paper, security threading, microprint margins, anti-tamper binding
- Multilingual — Hindi + English headers, regional language variants
What sets the work apart
Dedicated production lines. Booklets run on our own examination-paper lines, not on lines shared with general commercial printing — so a mid-cycle volume jump is absorbed in-house rather than pushed elsewhere.
Serial-number integrity. Every booklet we ship carries a unique serial number, and we keep the full record of which serial ranges went to which centre — so every booklet is traceable to exactly where it was sent.
Built to your specification. Page count, paper, binding, header and footer, watermark, language — every booklet is made for your examination. The price reflects the specification your examination requires.
A buffer for the unforeseen. Standard orders include a 5–8% cushion of spare booklets held here, ready to dispatch within six hours if a centre needs more than expected mid-examination. Most institutions do not request it; those that do are glad of it.
Pricing
Indicative pricing begins at ₹1.59 per booklet for standard 16-page booklets at volume (50,000+ units). Pricing varies with:
- Page count (each additional 4 pages adjusts the rate)
- Paper grade (GSM, watermark, security features)
- Binding style and durability requirements
- Custom-printing complexity (single-colour header vs. multi-colour cover)
- Order volume
- Timeline (standard vs. compressed)
Specialised security stock or compressed timelines price higher. Send the booklet spec and volume and we will return a firm per-booklet quote.

FAQ
Q. What is the smallest answer sheet order you will take? Around 5,000 booklets. Below that, our custom-printing setup costs more than the booklets are worth — a local printer will be more economical.
Q. What is the longest lead time you need? For a standard 50,000-booklet order with no security paper, 12 working days from spec sign-off to dispatch is comfortable. For 2 lakh+ booklets, 21 working days. Compressed timelines are possible; they price higher, and the quote spells out which steps stay non-negotiable — proofing, serial-number integrity, batch sampling.
Q. Can we audit the production line? Yes, with prior arrangement. Conducting bodies are welcome to inspect our facility before or during a contract.
Q. What happens to unused booklets after the examination? Once we've delivered your order, the booklets are yours — storing, reusing or securely destroying unused stock after the exam is handled by your institution. We don't take booklets back.
Q. Can the booklets carry our institution's logo on the cover? Yes. Single-colour or multi-colour cover printing is standard. Send the artwork at the spec stage and we will proof it back before printing.
Q. Do you supply blank booklets without custom printing? No. We supply only against an institution's specification. The custom-printing and serial-numbering is part of the security model.
