What we do
We print OMR answer sheets — the bubble sheets candidates fill in by hand — for examinations of any size.
A good OMR sheet is one the scanner can read cleanly on the first pass. That is what we print: sheets that read cleanly on our scanners and on your own, so no marks are missed and no sheets have to be reprocessed.
We print them for:
- Objective examinations — recruitment tests, entrance exams, certification papers
- Mixed papers — a bubble section on the OMR, a written section in a booklet
- Large recurring examinations — board exams, university semesters, regular central exams
- One-off tests — internal assessments, mock series, training programmes
Why the printing matters
When OMR results go wrong, the technology is usually blamed. More often, the cause is the printing.
If the scanner cannot read a sheet cleanly, every unclear mark must be pulled out and checked by hand — which means slower results, and often disputes that take weeks to settle. A few small printing details decide whether that happens:
- The pink ink. The lines and bubbles are printed in a pink the scanner is set to ignore, so it registers only the candidate's mark, not the printed circle around it.
- The registration marks. The black squares along both edges are how the scanner aligns the page. If they drift, every sheet reads out of alignment.
- The paper. Heavy enough (usually 100 GSM) to stay flat and not curl between the examination hall and the scanner.
- The bubbles. Sized and spaced to match what the scanner expects, so a filled bubble registers and an empty one does not.
- Consistency. Not only the first sheets off the press — every sheet in the run must sit within the scanner's tolerance.
If one of these is wrong, the scanner begins flagging sheets. If several are wrong, the result is the kind of delay on results day that no institution wants.
How we do it
Design. If you already have a sheet you use, we work to it. If you are moving to OMR for the first time, we design it with you — the paper, the size, the number and layout of bubbles, the boxes for roll number, name, date of birth, booklet series and category, and the languages on the page.
Proof and test. We print a single proof sheet and run it through your scanner. If it reads clean, we proceed. If it does not, we adjust the design and test again — before the full run, not after.
Printing. On dedicated OMR lines, with the calibrated pink ink, on 100 GSM stock cut to size. Every sheet carries its own serial number in the footer.
Quality checks. We sample each batch and scan it. If any fail on alignment or bubble recognition, nothing ships — the batch is reprinted.
Packing and dispatch. Counted, bundled centre by centre, sealed in tamper-evident wrappers, and dispatched with full chain-of-custody documentation.
After the examination. If we are also handling your scanning, our team comes to you and scans the used sheets on-site — they never leave your premises. Otherwise, once we have delivered the sheets, they are yours to manage.
What the sheet can include
- Standard layouts — 60, 100, 120, 200 questions, or a custom count
- Combined OMR + written booklet — the bubble section and the written section as one integrated sheet
- More than one language — Hindi + English is the usual pairing, with regional-language labels where you need them
- Candidate boxes — roll number grids (6, 8 or 10 digit), date of birth, booklet series, category, and any custom field
- Security features — watermarks, anti-photocopy backgrounds, microprint edges, and serial-number ranges assigned per centre
- Ink colour — pink is standard; blue is available if your scanner is set up for it
Why institutions choose us
We prove the sheet before the full run. Every new design is proof-printed and scanner-tested first. It costs one extra day and saves a whole batch returned as rejects.
Transparent pricing. Five clear volume tiers, so your procurement team can see exactly what each one covers, in advance.
The sheet and the scanner can be tuned together. If we also handle your scanning, the sheet and the scanner are matched to each other, which keeps the misread rate low.
Built around your examination. The number of bubbles, the candidate boxes, the language, the security features — the sheet is designed for your examination rather than drawn from a fixed catalogue.
Every sheet is traceable. Each one carries a serial number tied to a specific centre and logged in the dispatch record, so you always know which sheets went where.
Pricing
Pricing runs in five tiers by volume; the exact rate depends on paper, ink, security features and layout complexity:
| Tier | Volume | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 5,000–25,000 sheets | Standard |
| 2 | 25,001–1,00,000 sheets | Mid-volume |
| 3 | 1,00,001–5,00,000 sheets | High-volume |
| 4 | 5,00,001–25,00,000 sheets | Bulk |
| 5 | 25,00,000+ sheets | Negotiated |
Send us your artwork and the volume, and a firm per-sheet rate follows.

FAQ
Q. Will your sheets work with our existing scanner? Yes. We proof against your scanner before the full run, and if it has unusual tolerances we adjust the sheet until the proof reads clean. This is part of every job, not an additional request.
Q. What is the smallest order you will take? 5,000 sheets. Below that, our setup cost makes a local printer the more economical choice for a job that small.
Q. Is any job too small or too large for you? No. The pricing tiers run from 5,000 sheets to well beyond 25,00,000. Tell us your volume and we will place you on the right tier.
Q. Can we order the sheets without the scanning? Yes. You can print with us and scan wherever you choose — the sheet is designed to work with any scanner, not only ours.
Q. Which languages can you print? Hindi + English is the most common. We can also set the candidate labels in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Urdu, Assamese or Odia alongside English.
Q. Can the bubble sheet and a written booklet be combined? Yes — we make hybrid OMR + written booklets as a single integrated sheet, which removes the step of reconciling two separate scoring pipelines.
