What we do
We print the question papers for examinations that cannot afford a leak, a misprint, or a late delivery. Our press is built for one purpose — examination paper — and for the confidentiality that work demands.
It is made for examinations where secrecy comes first: university semesters running into the lakhs of candidates, recruitment examinations of similar scale, and board papers where confidentiality is the primary consideration.
How it works
Receipt and sign-off. You send us the final paper under a confidentiality agreement. From that point, every action taken on it is logged against a named individual.
Composition and proofing. We typeset the paper, check it against your original, and a nominated officer from your institution signs it off before any printing plate is made.
Printing. On our own press, in batches sized to the examination, on the paper grade you specify — usually 80 GSM, with watermarked stock where required.
Cutting, sorting and packing. Papers are cut, sorted to each centre's count, and sealed into tamper-evident envelopes — one per centre, each numbered and logged to its centre code.
Secure quarantine. Everything printed is held in a locked, monitored room with logged access. No proof, spare copy or sample print leaves the building, for any reason.
Dispatch. Released to secure transport on the agreed date and time, and signed for at every handover. Once it reaches you, custody of the paper passes to your institution.

What sets the work apart
A press dedicated to examination paper. This is our primary work. If your volume rises or your deadline shortens mid-cycle, we can absorb it ourselves rather than pass it to another press.
Confidentiality in practice, not just in the contract. Every contract states "confidential." What matters is whether the press can deliver on it. Ours does: a signed NDA from every person on the floor, no phones or recording devices in the print room, a locked quarantine room, and access logged against named officers.
A full audit log of the print run. Every institution we work with receives a complete record of the printing operation — who composed, who proofed, who printed, who packed, who dispatched, and when each step was completed. It is provided with the finished work, not compiled afterwards on request.
No subcontracting. All work is carried out inside our facility, on our press, with our staff; none of it is handed to an outside press, even at peak season. If we agree to print your examination, we print your examination.

Pricing is per-paper and depends on:
- Paper specification (GSM, watermark, security features)
- Pagination of the paper
- Candidate count and centre count
- Confidentiality tier
- Timeline (standard vs. compressed)

FAQ
Q. Can we visit the press facility? Yes, with prior arrangement. Conducting bodies are welcome to inspect operational controls before or during a contract. Visits are scheduled outside live printing windows.
Q. What is the smallest examination you will print for? Practical minimum is around 2,000 candidates. Below that, our confidentiality and chain-of-custody setup costs more than the paper is worth, and a local press will be more economical — we would say so rather than take the work.
Q. Do you print question papers for non-examination uses? No. The press is built around examination operational controls. We do not take general printing work.
